We will help you assess your current progress. This measures both what success means and how to achieve it in your program and your organization. We will help you find the appropriate balance of people, process, information and technology and to create a roadmap based on our business change lifecycle.
The roadmap we create together must be both realistic and appropriately aggressive. It must find the right balance between being respectful of existing organizational norms, open to collaboration with those affected, and at the same time persistent in achieving its goals. This is vital to get the organization to its final destination.
Sharm Manwani and Barry Shore bring a diverse background from both sides of the Atlantic to help you develop this map. Sharm Manwani has been the national and regional CIO of both US and Europe headquartered organizations. He is on the faculty of Henley Business School, and is the author of many papers and a recent book on IT Enabled Business Change. Barry Shore has worked full-time for such companies as Boeing, General Electric and Hewlett Packard. He has taught and consulted throughout the world, and has published over 150 articles including four books, two of which were published by McGraw-Hill.
